My Health enables members and providers to monitor & proactively manage their health. Members can track and monitor individual health metrics from multiple sources and get health information, insights, and risk alerts to understand and improve their health

My Health is a digital self care product that enables members and providers to monitor and proactively engage with a member's health to help them prevent or manage acute and chronic conditions. It uses member data collected from wearables, in-app assessments, and historical health records to understand a member’s health. My Health provides members with insights to increase their understanding of their health, alerts them of potential risks, and outlines content-driven actions that define recommendations to improve their health.

My Health automatically shares relevant health metrics with providers, providing them with insights into members' lifestyles and existing conditions. This enables more comprehensive care and improved population health strategies using population health data.

As members interact with the Assessment, Monitor and Insights features of My Health their data is stored within Health Graph. Clients can leverage Babylon’s externalized Partner APIs to retrieve data for each member.
