Valera Health equips patients and care team members with a team-based care platform that enables better communication, digital education, and monitoring via a smartphone app. The American Hospital Association recently completed an independent case study highlighting our success with an organization’s behavioral health program. The case study reported Valera’s ability to: Improve depression scores (54%) and remission rates (27%) in 3 months compared to usual care (14% and 9%), increase patient-provider contacts by 3X, increase care team caseload > 45%, and decrease follow-up contacts from 19 days to 8 days.
