Our audience represents a broad mix of stakeholders, from executives to analysts, IT teams to clinical leaders. Critically, 60%+ of our audience are in decision-making positions.
What is a compatibility level? Your AVIA Compatibility Level indicates how much experience a digital health company has with hospitals and health systems similar to yours.

How is the AVIA Compatibility Level determined? The AVIA network values when companies have experience working with organizations similar to their own. Depending on the health system and the topic, this can mean having experience integrating with the EMR the health system uses. In other cases, it can mean working with similar organizations; we use attributes such as client size as well as other flags such as ACO or pediatric clients that may indicate a good fit.

More experience in a certain area increases the strength of that match - for example, for a pediatric hospital, having experience with multiple other pediatric hospitals is often preferable to having experience with none or only 1 other pediatric client. AVIA's compatibility level is proprietary. Our algorithm and scoring system will evolve over time.

What can I do to impact the AVIA Compatibility Level? First, make sure you have a 100% complete profile so we know more about your products. Second, the most significant factor in increasing your compatibility level is ensuring you have listed the current clients you work with. We use the attributes of those clients to determine if a new organization looking for solutions in your area might be a good fit.
Profiles are public and can be seen by anyone, regardless of if the individual has an AVIA Marketplace account. The only exception is with regards to client information, which is only visible to users with a verified hospital or health system email address.

Our primary buyer audience is within hospitals and health systems. At this time, we support adding this client type. We will regularly evaluate opportunities to expand this list, such as to insurance and pharmaceutical companies, as the platform grows.
Reviews are public and can be seen by anyone, regardless of if the individual has an AVIA Marketplace account.
Yes. Reviewers have the option to be anonymous. Reviewers can also choose to have their name and organization display alongside their review.
Yes. Creating trust for our buyers is critical. To ensure all reviews are from authentic sources, we use a reviewer’s email address to validate their place of work. Creating an account is always free, and the user can unsubscribe from any updates at any time.
Yes. While AVIA does not directly invest in companies, we have two ways we can help.
