Andaman7 is a patient driven peer to peer health intermediation platform. We combine a patient-facing mobile app (an advanced personal health record) and a platform to exchange health data securely. The data is exchanged in a peer-to-peer way (no health data is stored in the cloud, only on the patient's mobile device - phone or tablet. The patient chooses what data to share and whom to share the data with. Data is collected from manual input, connected devices, paper scans and hospital EHRs.
