Somryst is a digital therapeutic software company that specializes in prescription digital therapeutics for cognitive behavioral therapy. It optimizes and analyzes insomnia symptoms, therapeutic analysis tools, and treatment planning features to treat individuals with insomnia. Somryst was tested under the name Sleep Healthy Using the Internet (SHUTi), an early version of Somryst with equivalent content.
