Description

Product Description:
Aruba securely delivers the enterprise network to users, wherever they work or roam, with unified mobility networks that significantly expand the reach of traditional port-centric networks. Unified mobility networks integrate adaptive WLANs, identity-based security, and application continuity services into a cohesive, high-performance system that can be easily deployed as an overlay on top of existing network infrastructure. Adaptive WLANs deliver high-performance, follow-me connectivity so users are always within reach of mission-critical information. Identity-based security associates access policies with users, not ports, to enable follow-me security that is enforced regardless of access method or location. Application continuity services enable follow-me applications that can be seamlessly accessed across WLAN and cellular networks. The cost, convenience, and security benefits of unified mobility networks are fundamentally changing how and where they work. Listed on the NASDAQ and Russell 2000® Index, Aruba is based in Sunnyvale, California, and has operations throughout the Americas, Europe, Middle East, and Asia Pacific regions.

Product Description:

Asset Utilization is an asset-tracking solution that measures the usage rates for hospital assets.

Through precise RTLS capability, staff can access the instant real-time location of assets and find any mobile assets. Borda RTLS Asset Utilization sends automated alerts to the appropriate staff in case critical assets, such as defibrillators, go out of their pre-designated areas. The RTLS asset tracking ability helps ensure that required assets are in their pre-designated area and are available for patient care without any delay.

Automatically measures the usage rate of assets and lets businesses gain insights into idle and high-demand assets. It enables healthcare administrators to make data-driven decisions regarding asset allocation according to demand, avoiding unnecessary purchases and ensuring that resources are utilized throughout the facility.

Differentiators vs Competitors:

• Optimize asset utilization

Asset Utilization product for hospital asset tracking, you can significantly improve asset utilization rates. By automatically measuring the usage rate of assets and identifying idle ones, the system enables users to make informed decisions regarding asset allocation. This capability helps users avoid unnecessary purchases by reallocating assets based on demand. As a result, businesses can optimize asset utilization, reduce idle time, and save costs.

• Instant access to asset location, improved workflow with RTLS

It eliminates the need for time-consuming manual searches and streamlines workflow processes. By providing instant visibility into asset locations, staff can focus more on patient care and less on searching for assets. The efficient workflow resulting from real-time asset tracking enhances productivity and enables staff to deliver care.

• Enhanced patient safety and timely care

RTLS Asset Utilization product incorporates automated alert systems to ensure critical assets, like defibrillators, remain within their designated areas. By receiving timely notifications when assets go out of their pre-designated areas, users can take immediate action to ensure that necessary equipment is available when needed. This feature enhances patient safety by minimizing potential delays in accessing vital assets for care. With the RTLS asset tracking ability, users can prioritize patient well-being by ensuring that life-saving equipment is readily accessible without any life-threatening delays.
