XCare Community System for COVID 19 Response and Recovery

The eTransX XCare Community system (launched in 2015), has been updated and configured to provide a central information systems platform to coordinate short term responses and long term recovery efforts for the COVID 19 coronavirus pandemic. System application focuses on supporting coordination of response and recovery efforts for five general areas: medcial/public health, jobs/workforce, basic life needs (social/economic -food, housing, social services) , behavioral/mental/trauma services, and youth/children services. It includes a central two-way resource directory of available services and programs that manages service requests and referrals that can be tracked in real time. Fully compliant with HIPAA and 42CFR security and privacy regulations, and includes integrated video conferencing and phone apps.
