GDm-Health

GDm-Health is a digital therapeutic for remotely managing pregnant women with diabetes in pregnancy. GDm-Health enables remote monitoring of pregnant women to comply with social distancing guidance during the COVID-19 pandemic. GDm-Health helps this high-risk group monitor their condition and be managed by clinicians, safely at home. Clinicians use the GDm-Health desktop application to review readings - algorithms prioritise patients in greatest need. GDm-Health can be used at pre conception, diagnosed gestational diabetes and suspected gestational diabetes, throughout the pregnancy and post delivery until clinically necessary. GDm-Health is regulated, CE marked, HIPPA compliant and adopted broadly with the UK. GDm-Health comprises a free smartphone application that can connect to a blood glucose monitor via Bluetooth - patients input blood glucose readings, add notes and request callbacks if needed.
