OneRecord

OneRecord is a tool for patients to retrieve their own digital records using healthcare industry standards and modern APIs. OneRecord seamlessly combines all of a patient’s medical records, lab results, immunizations, medications, and family history into one easily accessible and portable place. When pulling in patient records, OneRecord preserves the original document while standardizing the individual data elements so that they can be aggregated. The aggregate health record can then be exported in a format that can be consumed by any electronic health record system. This ensures that OneRecord users can interact with any existing EHR that their care team already uses. Doctors have full-time staffs. Patients have OneRecord.
