Their first product is a software product that integrates with the Electronic Health Record and a ride share service (Lyft) to seamlessly remove transportation barriers and reduce “no show” rates by automatically syncing ride requests with medical appointments. The software applies filters to determine who is eligible for a ride and then provides the ride offer through text messaging.
