Our nurses will monitor a patient's blood pressure, resting heart rate, blood sugar, weight, or other key vital signs. This is done remotely while the patients rests easy at home - or under the care of professionals at an assisted living, long term care, or skilled nursing facility. In addition to collecting daily vital signs, we'll communicate with the patient several times each month to ensure their comfort and well-being.
