Product Description:

Our gola is to have ALL CGM devices on our platform. Broadly speaking, health systems have interest in supporting data collection from devices their patients are already using, especially while supporting chronic conditions such as diabetes. Long-term, Locus will offer normalized views and consistent integration experiences for many more devices. Ideally, with large enough data sets, we will be able to leverage innovations in AI Healthcare Co-pilots to support clinical staff in minimizing delays, increasing efficiency, and improving remote patient monitoring outcomes. In the longer term, we intend to be a key partner in all of our health systems’ population health engines.

(1) helping our customer health systems leverage the critical investment they’ve made in existing technology platforms like the EHR, creating impact for key patient populations where remote care management can most effectively drive outcomes and return on investment.
