We are very pleased about the collaboration….We had been working on our own symptom checker since Quin was founded [in 2019], but we decided at the end of 2020 that it was too complex and the investment required was too high. So we wanted to partner with the best symptom checker available. Ada's symptom checker is the only one that comes close to the accuracy of a GP. The integration appears to have been a success so far. First signs of user data show us that the new version of our platform that has the Ada symptom checker reduces patient inflows to GP practices by 10-15%. And those that are directed to see a doctor don't need to spend as much time with them.

The AI integration aided pandemic efforts over the last year and allowed nurses to resolve more than 3/4 of consultations in the pilot program without escalation, freeing up doctors.
