DESCRIPTION

Staffing to volume only, is not enough. Our platform considers work related to visit volume, additional work not related to volume, as well as pre-determined business rules to suggest and recommend staff schedules for both clinical and non-clinical teammates.

Use cases and differentiators

The TeamBuilder platform provides the necessary technology to dynamically manage and optimize your staff schedule at every level of your organization.

Built specifically for the ambulatory environment, TeamBuilder gives a holistic approach to optimizing your workforce. Frontline users now have a one-stop shop for schedule management and visibility, and leadership now have the ability to dynamically manage teammates across the entire medical group, with data driven recommendations for scheduling the right person, in the right place, at the right time.

EHRs do not currently offer optimized staff scheduling in either the ambulatory or acute space.

TeamBuilder is purpose built for the ambulatory environment - our platform uses leading data-science to drive staff schedule optimization based on more than just patient volume. This level of sophisitication allows for a more accurate, and more actionable set of recommendations for matching your staff supply with workload demands.

Great solution for staffing needs

Teambuilder propelled our clinical staffing model into the digital age. Staff are able to view, edit and adjust schedules from their mobile device. Leaders are able to make real time changes and send notifications to staff. The recommendation engine feature allows us to maximize our staffing ratios and create a "Team Nursing" design. By seeing day to day volumes and total worked hours, we are able to efficiently and effectively cover all providers and patient needs. We have been able to move away from handwritten schedule updates and excel spreadsheets.
