Vi Engage

Vi Engage detects when patients are showing signs of intent to seek care, and/or risk of leaking based on their real-time consumer behavior patterns. Vi detects patient behaviors from our de-identified Data Web comprised of 3rd party licensed behavioral data, and sends real-time flags back to the health system CRM when patients show signs of need, intent or risk. The health system then can trigger direct outreach via email, SMS, CRM, etc. to contact that patient and steer them toward an in-network clinic.
