First Outcomes

Moving from the reports and graphs that characterize so much population health to real automation is critical to "bend the curve" of spending and outcomes in our nation. With First Outcomes, monitoring of patients triggers actions that lead to improved outcomes .. whether that's a social worker visit, a text-based reminder (with a closed-loop accountability system), the automated scheduling of an appointment alongside .. or a myriad of other actions. ​ Academia refers to such an approach as Health 4.0. We call our approach of automating care loops, improving outcomes, and reducing costs Healthcare Performance Automation or HPA.
