The Pieces Ambulatory Platform further enhances documentation through two primary mechanisms: first, by generating a comprehensive lifetime summary from patient data, providing essential context for each visit; and second, by integrating Pieces in Your Pocket’s intelligent voice feature with pre-drafted note, allowing providers to effectively document actions taken or planned for the patient.
