During the hospital admission process, patients' phone numbers and/or email addresses are captured and included in Admission, Discharge, Transfer (ADT) messages, triggering the MyStay Mobile workflow. Patients receive a unique URL via SMS or email, which they use to access the platform by accepting the Terms & Conditions and entering their date of birth for authentication. pCare delivers patient education from the leading content providers (Krames, Healthwise, WedMD, Health Nuts, Elsevier) whose content is kept up to date and reviewed.

With ingeterations in place, pCare tracks when content is accessed, completed, along with answere to learning verification questions - all of which can be ported back to an EHR via results message. Additionally, all de-identified transaction data is saved in our system for reporting and can be made available back to clients via data exports.

Patients can interact with the pCare system via a pillow speaker, tablet, or personal device paired to our system. On Screen Displays alert the patient to view education in preparation for discharge as well as present surveys patients complete in order to give staff a pulse check on an admission.
