• Our rides are 100% transparent to the business. From the time the ride is booked they can see which driver is assigned to the ride, when the ride is started, when the rider is checked in, etc. until the ride is ended. The business can text or call the driver from their dashboard.

HOW OUR DRIVERS ARE DIFFERENT:

• A high percentage of our drivers have a background in the healthcare industry and are typically between the ages of 45 and 60 years of age. Often these drivers are retired from the healthcare industry, working for SendaRide to give back to the community.
• Rides are “customized” because the best driver is matched to the rider’s needs. Businesses list any attributes the rider has, such as blind, hearing impaired, uses a walker, English is second language and we match the rider with the best suited driver for their needs.
• Rides are “concierge" because the drivers are required to get out of the car and greet the rider at their door each and every time. They are also required to walk the rider into their destination to ensure they reach their destination safely.
• Every driver is interviewed in person and their cars are inspected in person.
• We offer multiple levels of driver credentialing, depending on the business’s preference.
