We provide staff to perform financial counseling services to patients who are self-pay or have high deductibles and co-pays. This consultation can be conducted over the phone at the patient’s convenience. Our staff works with patients to determine if they are eligible for assistance, collect any co-pays and deductibles, help the patient understand the out-of-pocket costs and assist with setting-up payment plans.
