Engage TV

As an IT architect, the flexibility and innovation of Vibe Health allows me to bring creative solutions to our nursing staff and patients while leveraging the one device that's already in the room - the TV. Their support & willingness to innovate have gone a long way to make this the solution of choice throughout our system.

The Engage screen creates a personal experience for the patient as their name displays on the TV with a peaceful image and relaxation content playing when they arrive to the room.

A picture of the nurses on the unit display on this screen also adding a personal touch. On the patient's birthday, the screen can be configured to display a 'Happy Birthday' message with confetti.

Visitor information is now available through Engage! This centralizing the information and helps minimize questions to staff by providing the information to the patient directly from their TV.

A survey is available from Engage as an interactive way for the patient to provide feedback. The system can be configured to send a notification to specific staff to implement on-demand service recovery requests if needed.

We have received great feedback from patients and their visitors on this feature.

The eVideon team has worked tirelessly and meticulously to deliver the consumer/patient and care team member experience envisioned by our organization for the Vibe Health Platform. They have been exceptionally flexible and dynamic throughout all phases of the implementation effort and have met, if not exceeded, all expectations.

Engage TV has provided patients with more information at their fingertips as well as increased library of movies, relaxation content and TVs channels. We have seen a positive impact since our launch of Engage TV. 

I work with many vendors and the staff at EVideon/Vibe has great to work with. There are many out of the box solutions we've implemented but I've been surprised how open they are to suggestions which become standard enhancements in their system. They have become an important component in our Smart Room environment.
