Transplant: Solid organ and stem cell transplant. Pathway Customization and Scalability While these pathways are prebuilt based on clinical evidence and established best practices, they remain highly flexible: Configurability: Care teams can choose from over 70 different measurement types to design a dashboard that fits their specific program needs. Enterprise Integration: Pathways are integrated directly into the EMR (e.g., Epic, Cerner), allowing for discrete data return and SSO access for clinicians.
