The Solv platform allows for provider to safely and securely connect with patients through the Video Telemed platform. This digital platform allows patients who schedule a. visit to have a virtual consultation with a provider to assess whether or not it's likely that they are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms to provide best next steps. Many Solv partners utilize online scheduling so patients can drive to the clinic to be administered COVID-19 tests and helps to facilitate completely electronic registration flow. For an in-clinic or virtual visit, Solv's contactless registration eliminates the need to collect physical copies of paperwork, consent forms, payment, photo ID, or insurance information on site. Additionally, patients who are at the urgent care for an in-person visit can track their spot in line from their car so that they do not need to go inside the waiting room to be exposed to additional pathogens before being called back for an exam with a provider.
