HearMe provides a safe, confidential space where you can connect one-on-one with trained, empathetic listeners anytime you need support. Offering text, voice, and video options, our platform is designed for individuals seeking connection, emotional support, or simply someone to talk to during times of loneliness, stress, or anxiety. Our listeners are Master’s-level Social Work professionals, skilled in empathetic listening and dedicated to fostering an inclusive and non-judgmental environment. HearMe’s services extend beyond individual support, with solutions tailored for senior care facilities. Clinically validated to reduce loneliness, anxiety, and depression, our platform has demonstrated significant emotional health improvements for senior residents. We offer two core programs: Emotional Support Program: Weekly scheduled interactions provide residents with consistent emotional engagement, reducing feelings of isolation and enhancing their overall well-being. Dementia Cognitive Program: Combining cognitive stimulation with emotional check-ins, this program is designed to slow cognitive decline and promote emotional stability for residents with dementia. Additionally, HearMe provides real-time reporting for caregivers, enabling facilities to monitor emotional well-being while offering flexible scheduling to meet residents' unique needs.
