The content on the HRS platform, including patient focused symptom surveys, are built at a third grade reading level, and available in 16 different languages.

HRS provides IVR/Automated Calling as part of our solution, allowing patient questionnaires to be delivered through this method of communication.

The HRS platform offers selected multi-linguistic capabilities (16 Languages) to engage and communicate with patients in a manner most comfortable for them.

HRS connects patients and clinicians through multiuser video calls, in addition to to bidirectional voice and text messaging features. HRS offers texts to speech, large fonts, automated calling and response (IVR), and provides an easy to use, equitable platform.

HRS tablets are equipped with data connectivity, so patients are not required to have WiFi access.
