iPostOp™ is a postoperative care remote monitoring platform that extends medical care beyond the hospital setting. It automates the most critical stages of post-operative care for both patients and medical care teams through an intuitive, platform-agnostic interface enabling continuous and virtual interactive patient monitoring beginning before surgery and continuing during the critical 14 to 45 day period following a patient’s procedure. • Technology+: Inbound Health provides our technology platform, as well as a variety of consulting services, including but not limited to managed care and contracting support, implementation support, and supply chain coordination.
• Tech-Only: Inbound Health provides our technology platform to enable Rehab Care at Home.

While structured in three levels, Inbound Health is open to discussions if none of the options fit the needs of health system partners. Similarly, Inbound Health understands that as these programs scale, hospitals and health systems may expect ownership of certain fuctions or capabilities to change, which Inbound Health is open to discussing and adjusting in a partnership year over year.

The product includes all components to optimize the patient surgical recovery journey in an integrated app from pre-admission to clearance by surgical teams. The app is provisioned and supported by a comprehensive platform focused on the specific cycles of postoperative care using a best-of-breed approach.

The platform covers all surgical procedures with contextual monitoring capabilities or can be highly customized for specific conditions.
