CareSimple® is an easy-to-use, secure, and scalable way to offer Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) to at-risk patient populations.

Avery Telehealth uses real-time data collection with Bluetooth and cellular technology to connect biometric devices such as Blood Pressure Monitor, Scale, Pulse Oximeter, Blood Glucose Meter, Thermometer, etc. All data is sent real-time into the Avery Telehealth platform and available 24/7 for providers, patients and families.

The Avery Telehealth platform has multi-tiered alerts and thresholds capable of being set on a program basis and customized for individual patients who traditionally run outside the norm. There are a wide variety of notification parameters that can be set. In addition, there are multiple compliance notifications.

The Avery Telehealth platform has messaging features within the platform along with patients available to call our nursing support services.

The platform is available in thirty different languages. The patient can download the platform on Google Play or Apple App Store. If the patient does not have a smart device, Avery Telehealth provides a cellular-enabled tablet or cellular peripherals. If all else fails, the patient can self-report if the program allows.

Avery Telehealth's 25+ clinical pathways are available for both chronic and acute conditions. Typically, each diagnosis has between 6-9 different patient education training modules.

Avery Telehealth has multiple integrations with EMRs and are willing to incorporate additional integrations with established APIs.

Avery Telehealth has a NO RETURN logistics policy. Once the devices are shipped, we do not ask for them back nor redeploy them. Avery Telehealth is able to scale up to 10,000 patients per month. We have a thorough onboarding and implementation process for both our customers and patients.
