Playback AI is able to communication care information at any reading level, including “6th Grade Level”.

Patients are able to receive text notifications about any care information shared with them by their care provider.

Playback AI offers patient summaries in 14 languages. If a conversation is in Spanish, for example, the patient and their family member(s) will receive an after-visit summary in Spanish. In parallel, Playback will auto-generate a clinical note for the provider’s EMR in English. Playback is continually expanding its language capabilities.

Playback accommodates any number of communication channels including text, email, or in-platform—whether that is Playback or the care provider portal. Additionally, Playback utilizes video, audio, .pdf, or text to improve understanding and engagement.

Playback connects via any wifi or data-channel, and is not dependent upon the patient specific wifi or data assignment. Playback is able to communicate across any public or private domain. Medical information is securely transmitted and stored in the cloud.
