We tackle nursing retention by enabling personality-based clinician alignment by leveraging Psychometrics and AI. The role of personality in specialty selection has been traditionally overlooked. Current retention effrrts that often focus on modifying work environments and offering mental health support, have not fully addressed the root cause: the misalignment between nurses’ personality traits and their practice settings. Helius Health seeks to address this gap by matching nurses with practice settings where they are better equipped to handle the stressors inherent to their roles.
