Similar to our Virtual Triage experience, our Patient Services solution is powered by our AI chat. Patients enter the services they’re looking for, and our Natural Language Processing (NLP) matches the patient to the correct workflow. Additionally, we can present several pre-defined endpoints that expedite the patient's search and take them directly to where they need to go.
