While Quartet's services can be used regardless of payor type, the platform leverages a proprietary algorithm, SmartMatch, to match patients to appropriate resources based on geography, insurance type, and patient preferences.
In addition to facilitating referrals to these resources, Quartet also facilitates care collaboration between primary care and mental health, with the aim of improving overall health and outcomes.
Lastly, Quartet provides patients with support from an assigned Care Navigator, who assists patients (via phone, email or text) along their journey to care.
