DESCRIPTION

Oneview’s Care Experience Platform (CXP) delivers a host of patient-centered services that improve the experience of care for patients, families, and providers. Patients spend most of their time in the hospital waiting. They spend an average of 12 hours a day watching TV. With the CXP, this time is leveraged to inform, educate, enable self-service, as well as distract and calm. 

By automating a host of manual and time-consuming tasks, the system reduces the non-clinical task burden on floor nurses. This reallocation of time allows nurses to focus on clinical care, leading to higher patient and nurse satisfaction and ultimately better HCAHPS scores.

A flexible and simple solution for patients

The new tablets provide a flexible and simple solution for patients receiving treatment across our multiple oncology and dialysis departments and standardises our technology offering to the Oneview Enterprise CXP for both overnight & day patients. The handheld tablet is easy to use of patients and staff alike and has transformed the physical environment of the patient treatment chairs with the removal of the mechanical arms & screens from the chairs providing more space for both the patient and clinicians.

Oneview Point of Care is a one stop shop for patient experience

Patient hospital stay is not something that is desirable. In order to alleviate pain and further suffering, the Oneview Point of Care is a patient focused tool that provides patients a way to minimize the negative impact of hospital stay by providing entertainment including watching their favorite online and TV shows; and all social media and business connectivities. It has a high percentage of usage within Epworth Healthcare. 

The clinicians also enjoy the ease of useability and functionalities when accessing medical records, care guides and patient care in a single platform by being bedside and not having to go back to their stations. 

From a technical perspective, Oneview provides a quick turnaround and seamless support avenue to address techinical issues in an outstanding manner.
