Alelo Enskill: AI-powered patient engagement and education

I have had the pleasure of working with Alelo for the past year. I needed an interactive and realist platform for senior leaders to test drive handling challenging conversations. The Alelo team was open to my input, curious to learn more about my client's circumstances and adapted the application to those needs. It was a team effort from beginning to end. My experience using Alelo Enskill kept me engaged as I was intrigued to continue the conversation and explore the full potential of the interaction which did go beyond the objectives. I was particularly drawn into the skill development exercises, especially while interacting with a client scenario. It was helpful to have the learning objectives visible to guide the conversation. The assessment feeback was highly valuable, especially with the option to repeat practice sessions, allowing for improvement. While there is a delay in processing the recordings, which creates brief pauses in the conversation, it does not significantly detract from the overall experience.  

Alelo EnSkill has been an invaluable tool in our classroom. Our students have given positive feedback, thoroughly enjoying their interactions with the avatars in various scenarios. This experience has significantly boosted their confidence, vocabulary, and ability to engage in conversations they might otherwise be too shy to attempt.

The ability to monitor student progress has provided our faculty with insights into student performance, allowing us to identify and support students who need extra help. Overall, Alelo Enskill has greatly enhanced our program, and I would highly recommend it to other educators.

By integrating tasks into relevant contexts for the learner, it becomes a meaningful learning experience, helping individuals feel more comfortable and better prepared for similar real-life situations.

The Alelo Enskill program is an effective training tool that provides practical experiences for the user. Interacting with the avatar simulation is easy and self-explanatory. The assessment feature after completing the simulation is valuable, in that it provides the user with information about what they did well and areas they can improve on.
