Alelo Enskill: AI-powered patient engagement and education

Alelo’s Enskill platform uses conversational avatar technology to create Virtual Patient Navigators that listen to patient concerns, answer questions, and connect patients with educational and other resources. All recommendations are grounded in accredited content that is approved by the healthcare provider, eliminating the risk of hallucinations. Enskill uses generative AI to transform a healthcare organization’s existing content on the Web and YouTube into an interactive learning resource. Enskill develops a profile of each user (patient, caregiver, healthcare professional) and their situation, and uses it to personalize responses.

Enskill Virtual Patient Navigators improve the quality of patient and caregiver experiences. They support users with low health literacy. Resource Navigators can promote treatment compliance and improve health outcomes. They promote patient engagement, develop self-efficacy, and lessen anxiety and stress.
