TytoCare is built for organizations that are looking to go beyond marking the checkbox for telehealth, and are truly looking to competitively differentiate patient care. Aside from cost containment, TytoCare focuses on revenue generation/net new patient acquisition methods like retail partnerships with Best Buy that directs a consumer purchase of a TytoCare device to a respective health system in the given location. With the transition from fee for service to value based care, TytoCare has gained significant traction w/@risk models, hence the wide adoption in the payer and payvider (health systems w/private plans) space.
Through the pandemic, telehealth has become a common term, but clinicians have lacked essential data required to properly assess and diagnose. A simple example would be an ear infection; imagine an ENT referral without needing to bring the patient inside the hospital walls.
No other solution on the market has the FDA approval to offer what TytoCare can in a patient home.
Other solutions require 6+ technologies (separate video, separate otoscope, separate stethoscope, etc) to do what TytoCare does in a single kit/platform.
Not only does TytoCare leverage existing EMR capabilities for scheduling/on-demand visits, we also take the data collected (bp, heart rate, weight, SP02, heart sounds, lung sounds, video of the ear/throat) and flow directly into the chart.
TytoCare supports both live and asynchronous visits. Video-only solutions lack the ability to collect relevant data required by clinicians to properly assess a patient virtually. RPM Solutions lack the ability to seamlessly escalate to a live interaction should an event occur. Telemedicine carts are 10x the cost and require steep learning curves to maneuver multiple technologies compared to TytoCare's all-in-one approach with a single device plus app methodology.
