Well@ is flexible and can be used to co-create new smart apps in any digital health intervention that aims to change users’ behaviours and create personalised pathways to better health and mental well-being.

The content is presented in an intuitive and engaging format (animations and audio). Organisations can deploy the platform with their people to enable them to proactively manage and take action to improve their health and well-being.

The platform can be configured to support healthcare practitioners in remote and hazardous locations, including conflict zones. There it can provide a digital health toolkit that requires no connection to the internet to support preventative and primary healthcare as well as first responders at any location.

With eIntervention, SUD providers get a web-based platform for establishing digital, closed-loop referral connections with community referral sources, such as EDs, clinics, community organizations, correctional facilities, and others, and to coordinate services with other providers and agencies in the community. Not only are referrals automated and tracked, but the integrated patient engagement functionality within eIntervention also supports and motivates the individual to follow through on the referral. CHESS customers report more referrals and fewer no-shows following the use of eIntervention.
