The consequent rise in chronic mental health conditions may continue to stretch NHS resources for years to come. The app will use IHL’s “Well@” Trans-Theoretical Model (TTM) Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) software to support people through the various stages of anxiety and stress that they are likely to experience over several months. It will also provide useful content and advice, and help them to connect with a community of other people who are similarly affected.
