Seamlessly integrated into existing workflows, clinicians prescribe patients with the information and tools they need to effectively manage their health, such as how to prepare for a procedure, manage a chronic condition or understand what to expect during a hospital stay. Clinicians can also track and document select patient actions, providing valuable insight into activity and engagement.
