Use Cases

Description:

We approach populations with a personalized roadmap of rewards tailored to each step of a complex or preventive care journey and/or preventive care. Complex care examples: high-risk maternal health, diabetes management, addiction, Asthma Medication Ratio, timely postpartum care, and nearly any other clinical intervention. Preventive care examples: Adult Annual Well Visits, breast cancer screenings, cervical cancer screenings, HbA1c screening, childhood lead Screening, Well Visits – Baby/Child/Teen, colon cancer screenings.

Leveraging our proprietary CARE Platform, we design, build, and manage custom incentive programs delivered to the consumer on the TheraPay Rewards app. Each campaign includes (1) Behavioral & Statistical Modeling (2) Customized Engagement & Communication and (3) ROI Optimization & Validation.

Members receive a no-fee debit card so rewards can be paid at the time task completion.

Pediatric use cases:

Complex care examples: high-risk maternal health, Asthma Medication Ratio, timely postpartum care, and nearly any other clinical intervention. Preventive care examples: childhood lead Screening, Well Visits – Baby/Child/Teen.

To our knowledge, there are no EHRs which have reward/incentive capability.  

Differentiators vs Competitors:

We do not have many competitors doing the same as us. Our competitors offer traditional, one-time mailed gift cards (typically for a single quality measure such as Annual Wellness Visit) versus a full Financial Incentive Management tech-enabled service supporting complex care management and preventive care participation. Of course, we can also support the quality measure programs.
