Impressive Technology that relies on your existing platforms

Overall, Avaamo has really helped our call centers lower the volume of calls their agents have to take. The work to get to that point, and the effort required in data collection and integration was not insignificant. Like any techology product, Avaamo requires your core systems (EHR, Contact Center, etc.) to be in a good place in order to see the most value with the lowest effort. 

The Avaamo support team has been great, but they cannot help us get our house in order, so go into any implementation with that in mind.
