Twiage's HIPAA-complaint communication technology delivers real-time data from ambulances to hospitals and other healthcare providers, reducing the reliance on radio or phone communication. EMTs and paramedics can use the Twiage EMS App to notify hospital emergency rooms and other service lines, such as STEMI, stroke or trauma, about the incoming patients with GPS-tracked ETAs simultaneously, and share patient IDs, vital signs, EKGs, photos, and videos with hospitals. Hospital service lines and support staff can use Twiage continuously after the patient’s arrival to engage in-hospital care coordination and interfacility transfers.
