Like EHR portals, Frontive Health is fully HIPAA compliant and utilizes PHI to provide patients with a highly personalized experience. However, where EHR portals expose patients to a vast amount of information (much of which is not appropriate for non-experts) and can be overwhelming, Frontive Health is designed from the patient's perspective. We focus on providing day-to-day, personalized patient support around pre- and post-procedure instructions. Using asynchronous communications, the goal is to reduce the number of patient questions vs. providing an alternate comms channel like many portals and other solutions. When necessary (or desired), Frontive Health takes patients directly to the patient portal or other engagement solutions to leverage their secure comms capabilities.
