Like EHR portals, Frontive Health is fully HIPAA compliant and utilizes PHI to provide patients with a highly personalized experience. However, where EHR portals expose patients to a vast amount of information (much of which is not appropriate for non-experts) and can be overwhelming, Frontive Health is designed from the patient's perspective. We focus on providing day-to-day, personalized patient support around pre- and post-procedure instructions. Using asynchronous communications, the goal is to reduce the number of patient questions vs. providing an alternate comms channel like many portals and other solutions. When necessary (or desired), Frontive Health takes patients directly to the patient portal or other engagement solutions to leverage their secure comms capabilities.

Unlike most patient engagement platforms that can only send generic text messages, Frontive Health is fully HIPAA-compliant and focuses on reducing the need for back-and-forth communications between patients and staff with respect to pre- and post-procedure instructions. Too many existing solutions simply create an alternate communications channel rather than addressing the root cause of patient confusion or uncertainty that generate an unwieldy and expensive number of questions in the first place. In addition, many applications force customers to purchase and use their pre-defined care plans. Instead, we use AI to transform your instructions into our format.
