Journeys Metabolic is a physician-designed 6-month metabolic disease reversal smartphone-based platform for health systems, ACO's, and large provider groups. Designed as a technical in-home pathway to improve HEDIS scores for at-risk contracts, five-year outcomes of 3,000 patients include 8% body weight reduction (two years post program), 17% A1c reduction, and 54% NAFLD resolution. The highly prescriptive lifestyle modification program uses AI behavioral archetypes, and deep engagement features such as a proprietary fat oxidation medical device, computer vision for food content, and longitudinal data science overlaying food intake, biomarker response, and population health impact.
