      DESCRIPTION

      HealthNautica’s eORders™, software is a comprehensive, easy-to-use, cloud solution for managing the entire perioperative process and surgical scheduling without changing your scheduling system. It begins with the physician’s office filling out an online surgery scheduling or procedure request.

      Gone are the days of illegible, incomplete, inaccurate faxes sent back and forth between the physician’s office and the facility’s scheduling department. The cumbersome and error prone faxing process is replaced by an electronic form that is configured to each facility’s exact specifications and reacts to the user’s input thereby assisting the physician’s office in getting it right the first time.

      All orders are legible, complete, screened for CMS Medical Necessity, incorporate SCIP, VTE, SSI and ACS NSQIP measures, verified for insurance eligibility, pre-certified and satisfy edits by CMS, commercial payers and the facility. Our solution ensures efficient surgery center scheduling and block time management while streamlining processes such as prior authorization.

      This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for Nebo II Inc. d/b/a HealthNautica, our website https://healthnautica.com and our mobile app eORdersNOW. HealthNautica provides a software platform to facilitate and coordinate care and reimbursement. HealthNautica’s software streamlines the workflow, improves care, operational efficiencies and reduces denials and payment reductions. Our software replaces cumbersome and error-prone phone and fax processes ensuring that patients are managed safely, efficiently and with improved outcomes. HealthNautica receives personal health information (PHI) through health care providers (and their office staff) who are requesting health care services on behalf of their patients. It also collects PHI through hospitals and surgical centers that provide these services. PHI is also be submitted by the patients who are the recipient of the health care services. Patient consent for the collection, use and disclosure of PHI is managed by the health information custodians (e.g. physicians, hospitals, surgical centers). HealthNautica supports the disclosure of PHI only under the following circumstances: Between health information custodians who are arranging health care services to patients. Where permitted and/or required by law, report information to government agencies, payers and other entities responsible for patient care and reimbursement. HealthNautica is committed to the protection of PHI at all times. HealthNautica employs administrative, physical and technical safeguards to protect PHI from theft, loss, unauthorized use, modification, disclosure and destruction. This includes: All PHI is hosted in secure, access controlled data centers All information is encrypted at rest and in transit HealthNautica software authenticates and limits access only to authorized users All user’s access to PHI is logged and audited HealthNautica adheres to a privacy policy to ensure PHI is protected. This includes: All staff are aware of the purposes for which PHI is collected and maintained and trained on their legal obligations to protect PHI Agreements with participating health care providers that outline privacy and security requirements Monitor security to detect for any breaches PHI is not used or disclosed for purposes other than those for which it is intended.       Streamlining Efficiency and Convenience with eOrders

      I can confidently say implementing Health Nautica in our surgery center has transformed our scheduling and communication process with surgeon’s offices for the better. From start to finish, the experience has been smooth, user-friendly, and incredibly efficient.

      User-Friendly Interface: Right from the moment I logged in, the interface was intuitive and easy to navigate. The layout is clean and organized, allowing me to find exactly what I needed without any hassle. 

      Speed and Efficiency: One of the standout features of the eOrders system is its speed. Orders are processed in real-time, with minimal wait times. I appreciated how quickly we receive surgical orders from our surgeon’s offices which is a huge plus in a busy environment. 

      Customer Support: Should any questions arise, the customer support team was readily available and incredibly helpful. Their responsiveness and willingness to assist make our entire experience even more pleasant.

      Overall Experience: Using the eOrders system has not only saved us time but has also made our scheduling process far more efficient. I can wholeheartedly recommend this system to anyone looking for a reliable, user-friendly solution for their scheduling needs.

      In conclusion, eOrders has set a new standard for what I expect from a scheduling system. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into its design and functionality, and I look forward to continuing to use it in the future!

      Easy to use and support is great.

      Many features and enhancements to our surgery scheduling process but most drastically was a 70% increase in efficiency with scheduling procedures.

      HealthNautica has been an extremely easy company to work with to improve our overall efficiencies and abilities when it comes to surgery and procedural scheduling. With eORders, we have streamlined the Scheduling Process reducing our scheduling time from 10 minutes to 3 minutes per procedure (70% improvement) and improved OR Utilization and increased case volumes by easily advertising OR availability to all providers. We have noticeably reduced 24-hr Cancellations, improved Surgeon, Staff and Patient satisfaction with improved communication, and improved overall Operational Efficiency and Throughput. We have reduced Denials and Payment Reductions with built-in Revenue Cycle edits – leading to improvements in perioperative and procedural profitability. Any ask we have to develop new features has not been to large and HealthNautica has been accommodating to all our needs and wants when it comes to surgery scheduling.

      A Practical Solution for Surgical Scheduling

      eORDERS from HealthNautica has been a helpful tool in our surgical scheduling process, offering a more organized and streamlined approach to managing surgeries. The system simplifies the way we input and track patient information, pre-surgical documents, and schedule details, making the overall workflow much smoother.

      Although our organization doesn’t currently use the integration features, it is an option that’s available with eORDERS, and I believe it would enhance the platform even further. Having that integration would reduce the manual entry we currently manage and allow for a more automated flow of data between systems. For any other organization considering implementing eORDERS, I highly recommend taking advantage of this feature for a truly seamless experience.

      Even without integration, the system offers a clear and user-friendly experience. It helps us stay on top of important tasks like pre-authorizations, ensuring we can proactively handle any issues before they affect scheduling. Everything is centralized in one platform, making it easy for our team to manage multiple surgeries without missing any critical steps.

      Overall, eORDERS has been a positive addition to our operations. With or without integration, it’s a reliable solution that keeps the scheduling process efficient, organized, and on track.

      Very efficient company to work with and highly recommend the services offered!

      Health Nautica has assisted us in many improvements in our Operating rooms. The electronic software has helped us streamline our surgical scheduling process, it has improved our OR Utilization, and a reduction in 24-hr Cancellations.
