Each step of our process is informed by members of our National Clinical Advisory Network, who play a vital role in developing reliable, up-to-date content that answers patients' most frequently asked questions. Our National Clinical Advisory Network includes licensed physicians, advanced practice providers, behavioral health providers, nurses, pharmacologists, and therapists in active clinical practice. They each bring expertise in the patient care continuum. Members of this Advisory Network include thought leaders from major academic institutions, researchers, and authors published in peer-reviewed journals. Our members are Subject Matter Experts in major therapeutic areas who ensure that our 2,500+ microlearning videos are current, accurate and relevant. Can assign and track content; was the video viewed or the handout displayed as a PDF? The content can be assigned via various EMR triggers. Mytonomy can write back the viewership of the assigned videos back to the EMR. All digital activity on the Mytonomy platform is timestamped. Beyond tracking, Mytonomy allows providers to reduce manual follow-up with rule-based reminders based on context. Personalized messages (cognizant of PHI considerations) are sent via email, SMS, or MyChart that remind the patient to complete their assigned content.

Mytonomy's interface consists of YouTube-like playlists that stream video, audio and display PDFs. Surveys and digital interactions occur around the video viewing process. User support is provided by subject-matter experts during extended business hours (Monday-Saturday). These same experts are on call after hours. We provide unlimited onsite and remote training sessions.

We typically support content at the 5th grade level on the Flesch-Kincaid scale. We also look at other scales and use a Health Literacy Tool.

Mytonomy delivers content in a multi-modal approach. The content and access to the platform can be sent by SMS or email. It can also be delivered through website browser or through their EHR.

We are a cloud solution so to receive all of the benefits users do need to be able to access Mytonomy Cloud for Healthcare, just like they would access their MyChart of EHR, or their favorite show on a streaming platform or their bank.

Mytonomy employs a very diverse team across the studio where content is created and the software development team. In the studio we seek to have 2-3 different genders, races, ages of patients and different types of patients in all of our content.

We consider elements of whole person care when we write scripts and film our content.

We have changed our login and patient profile to include more diverse representations for all genders and support birth name and preferred name. Birth gender and current gender. We have robust examples through our over 8000 assets that reflect diverse imagery of the different populations we serve and were are purposeful in selecting the right language. We infact produced a video that language matters.
