DESCRIPTION
  • With labor shortages the new normal, revenue cycle teams are constantly tasked to increase efficiency and reduce the cost to collect reimbursement. While the EHR may offer a wealth of data on EHR workflows, our customers find as much as 50% of their teams’ work happens outside the EHR, in business tools and payer portals. With fragmented workflow data and a distributed workforce, it’s difficult for leaders to turn that data into insights about workflow gaps, training needs, and automation opportunities.
  • Part of Janus Health’s Operational Intelligence suite, Workforce Management (WFM) uses our proprietary process mining tool, Observe, to derive meaning from billions of data points captured in customers’ workflows. WFM surfaces those insights into a dashboard application, giving customers a comprehensive view of productivity and effectiveness across teams, systems, and applications.
