In addition to covering a wide range of health conditions, conent suite includes lifestyle medicine and healthy recipes for a comprehensive digital suite that supports total health & wellness.

While many companies provide mental health services via an EAP, EAP utilization averages below 10%. Additionally, EAPs are typically used to address urgent and severe mental health issues, rather than working from a position of preventative care. LifeXT helps employees to build resilience to stress and increase productivity and engagement, before issues become severe. As measured by our scientifically validated Human Performance Assessment, participants experienced a 32% increase in sleep quality, 24% increase in energy levels, 23% improvement in emotional health, 19% increase in resilience to stress and 24% increase in wellbeing.
