Our integrative MSK programs start with a simple member assessment that considers pain symptoms, diagnoses, medical history, emotional factors, nutrition, sleep, family history and more. A team of more than 10 medical disciplines approves a member's tailored program, then our members are paired with a designated Goodpath coach. Members use an intuitive application to track their daily progress, monthly assessments to continue customizing their programs, and virtual one-on-one appointments with the coach throughout the program. Members also receive a monthly delivery that includes all the supplements, devices, or educational material required of their custom program. MSK programs contain a personalized mix of exercises, mind-body solutions, supplements and OTC medicines (where necessary), devices, and specialized nutrition coaching.

It starts with a referral from the physician to a health coach. Kannact’s board-certified, culturally-competent health coach then establishes a one-on-one relationship with the patient. They craft a personalized behavior-change plan around the patient’s disease management regimen, accounting for the patient’s unique situation and SDoH and taking responsibility for their unique gaps in care. The Kannact platform provides our coaches with a full RPM solution, with devices, lab results, and medication adherence via realtime Rx data from thousands of pharmacies. Description:

A Goodpath member begins by completing a simple online assessment that details their symptoms, related medical history, and other factors that can play into their condition, with screening questions to triage members who may need more immediate medical attention.


Powerful AI builds a custom program, which is reviewed against the assessment by a team of more than 10 medical disciplines. Once the member's program is approved, they begin their treatment by accessing Goodpath's app (iOS/Android) to view educational materials, see their exercises, track their progress, and more.


Members are also paired up with a dedicated Goodpath coach, who is available daily by chat and weekly or monthly by virtual video calls for follow-up assessments.


Finally, members receive a custom box containing the supplements or devices they need to complete their treatment, shipped right to their door.
