It's time to change the way medicine is designed, delivered and experienced. At Akili, we believe effective medicine for serious illnesses can also be fun and engaging. We're creating a new class of digital medicines for people living with cognitive impairment, delivered through captivating video game experiences.

While many companies provide mental health services via an EAP, EAP utilization averages below 10%. Additionally, EAPs are typically used to address urgent and severe mental health issues, rather than working from a position of preventative care. LifeXT helps employees to build resilience to stress and increase productivity and engagement, before issues become severe. As measured by our scientifically validated Human Performance Assessment, participants experienced a 32% increase in sleep quality, 24% increase in energy levels, 23% improvement in emotional health, 19% increase in resilience to stress and 24% increase in wellbeing. Clients have recorded significant increases in productivity, decreases in turnover and decreases in absenteeism - all factors used to calculate an estimated ROI. Among six recent clients, the return on investment has ranged between 4x and 44x, with an average ROI of about 18x the investment. The 450 people enrolled in the organization with the largest ROI demonstrated a $1.6 million return in a single year.
