Regulora is a PDT that is accessed through a smartphone app. It consists of seven therapy sessions provided over three months, with practice sessions between. Regulora is delivers Gut-Directed Hypnotherapy (GDH) and includes the collection of adherence data and patient reported outcomes using clinically-validated survey instruments.
